2. Metal expansion bolt installation

(1) Lightweight walls such as hollow brick walls or ceramsite concrete blocks are not applicable to concrete members and solid brick walls above C15.

(2) The error of drilling diameter shall not exceed +0.5 mm~0.3 mm; the depth error shall not exceed +3 mm; the residual debris in the hole shall be removed after drilling.

(3) The depth of the hole should be buried in the wall or in the top plate, and the surface should be flush.

(4) Use a wooden hammer or a wooden block to knock the expansion bolt into the hole with a hammer. After the bolt is fixed, the head deflection value should not exceed 2 mm.

3. The self-made processing size of the pre-embedded iron should not be less than 120×60×60 mm. It should be pre-buried in the construction of the civil structure. The pre-embedded iron plane should be close to the formwork and should be fixed firmly.
